Your customer account number will change. Any account number with preceding zero’s (0) will drop and the dash will drop on all customer accounts Example: 00123-4 will change to 1234
*YOUR CURRENT ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND AUTO PAY SET UP WITH POINT & PAY WILL BECOME VOID EFFECTIVE AUGUST 10, 2023*
This means that any auto pay scheduled on or after August 10th, 2023 in Point and Pay will NOT process.
WHEN ACCESSING THE DISTRICT WEBSITE CUSTOMERS WILL BE DIRECTED TO OUR NEW CUSTOMER WEB PORTAL TO RE-REGISTER AND SET UP AUTO PAY. NEW FEATURE INCLUDES QUICK PAY OPTION WITH NO REGISTRATION REQUIRED. WE APPRECIATE YOUR PATIENCE AS WE TRANSITION TO A NEW EASY AND CONVENIENT METHOD TO VIEW AND PAY YOUR WATER BILLS.
A 3% fee will be assessed to any electronic payment over $500. Duplicate payments that equal greater than $500 for the same account will also be charged a 3% processing fee.
