If you would like to have your water account
automatically paid from your savings or checking
account every other month, then our auto pay
program is the solution for you. On the due date of
your bill, payment will be pulled from the checking
or savings account you provide. If you wish to join
this program please download the Autopay form
here. Then mail in the form along with a voided
check.
Occupant/Tenant Billing
If you have a tenant renting your property, you
may wish to have an occupant billing mailed to
both you and your tenant. That way you and your
tenant both know how much water they are using.

Leak Adjustments
Property owners are allowed 1 leak adjustment in a
5 year period. If you have had a severe leak please
fill out the attached application and return it to the
District for approval. Proof of the leak being fixed
must be submitted with the application. An
example would be receipts from plumber or
hardware store. All leak adjustments are reviewed
by the office manager. Once approved your invoice
will be adjusted. For more information please
