The District operates as a Special Purpose District governed by a three member Board
of Commissioners, elected to six year terms by the District's resident rate payers.
Commissioners enact resolutions and establish policies that direct the operations of the

These are unprecedented times. COVID-19 has impacted all of our lives and we appreciate your
efforts to help us combat this pandemic. At Water District 125, we understand that important role we
play in your ability to stay safe and sanitize properly. The Board of Commissioners have approved a
motion to suspend all past due charges and water shut offs for delinquent service through August
2020. Given that this is an ever-changing situation, those allowances may be extended out further into
In Accordance with Governor Jay Inslee phased re-opening plan, government buildings are required to
stay closed from face to face transactions until Phase 3 has been approved for King County. The
District continues to otherwise operate as normal during this time including 24 hour emergency phone
support. Payment can be made at the District website, by phone or dropped off in our secure lockbox
located in front of the administration building. No fees are charged for electronic payment processing
either over the phone or online.
The Board of Commissioners have also approved extensions to payment arrangement plans. If you
have been adversely affected by COVID-19 and need help with payment arrangements, please contact
the District office at (206)242-9547.
We appreciate your patience during these uncertain times. Staff will continue to work to maintain the
